You will play an important role in ensuring data accuracy and providing valuable insights that support the company's growth strategies. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in revenue operations analytics, work with cutting-edge tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic.

      Responsibilities:

      - Analyze Revenue Funnel Performance

      - Use historical trends and cohort analysis to identify areas for funnel optimization and sales process improvements.
      - Develop and execute custom SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
      - Ensure Data Accuracy & Reconciliation
      - Perform regular data quality checks and system-to-system reconciliation (e.g., Salesforce vs. finance systems) to ensure consistent and accurate reporting across the revenue funnel.
      - Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and integrity issues with relevant business or systems teams.
      - Build and Maintain Revenue Reporting
      - Create, update, and maintain automated and ad hoc dashboards using tools like Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets.
      - Translate business requirements into scalable reporting logic, especially for pipeline health, conversion rates, bookings, and quota attainment.
      - Identify and Close Data Gaps
      - Detect gaps in reporting coverage or logic due to missing fields, system limitations, or business process misalignment.
      - Proactively propose enhancements to metrics definitions, data pipelines, or inputs that improve analytical rigor.
      - Document and Standardize Reporting Logic
      - Maintain up-to-date documentation of formulas, business rules, and data lineage for all owned reports and dashboards.
      - Establish and uphold data governance best practices across analytics workflows.

      Requirements:

      - Data validation and quality assurance experience.
      - Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and tools.
      - Strong experience with SQL for querying and managing data.
      - Expertise in Tableau for creating visualizations and dashboards.
      - Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and data management.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      - Experience synthesizing data for non-analytics consumers.
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
