What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary support for management-level leadership in a system/regional business or clinical area
- Collaborate with Healthcare Data Advisors and Data Architects to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Develop and deliver meaningful information through data exploration, report development, and visual storytelling
- Communicate analytic findings and recommendations to both technical and business executives
- Conduct analytic work demonstrations and hands-on training for customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Intermediate skills in SQL and database tasks
- Ability to create effective visualizations and dashboards
- Proficiency in office applications for daily tasks
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting data insights
- Knowledge of healthcare data through relevant projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in analytics-related fields (e.g., statistics, mathematics, information systems) and two years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in another area with four years of relevant work experience in data analysis
- Experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Program Management methodologies
