What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with stakeholders in Product, Customer Experience, Support, and Engineering to conduct end-to-end analyses, including data querying and visualization
- Define, track, and report on core product and customer metrics through well-structured dashboards in the BI tool Omni Analytics
- Collaborate with data engineers to validate data quality and ensure reliable analytics datasets
- Communicate insights effectively through dashboards and written summaries for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Create and maintain clear documentation for dashboards, metrics, and data definitions to support effective self-service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an analytics, data, or related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate queries and ensure data outputs are accurate and reliable
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting metrics and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proactive mindset demonstrating ownership, sound judgment, and commitment to continuous learning and technical growth
- Ability to work across multiple time zones, with occasional duties outside standard working hours
