What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Product, Customer Experience, Support, and Engineering stakeholders to conduct end-to-end analyses, including data querying, analysis, and visualization
- Define, track, and report on core product and customer metrics, creating clear dashboards and analytical outputs
- Collaborate with data engineers and senior analysts to ensure data quality and reliability of analytics datasets
- Communicate insights through dashboards and written summaries, tailoring messages for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Create and maintain documentation for dashboards, metrics, and data definitions to enhance stakeholder understanding
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of professional experience in an analytics, data, or related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate queries and ensure outputs are accurate and reliable
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting metrics and collaborating with stakeholders
- Curious and proactive mindset demonstrating ownership and a commitment to continuous learning and growth
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting product, engineering, customer experience, or support teams is preferred but not required
