What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate actionable insights to influence strategic product decisions using exploratory data analysis of complex datasets
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand and anticipate data needs
- Develop trusted data sources to measure the performance of new features and product initiatives
- Create compelling data-driven narratives through well-designed visualizations
- Manage the analytics lifecycle from inception to delivery and ongoing support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 5 years of full-time work experience as a data analyst, product analyst, or data scientist
- Highly proficient in data analysis languages such as SQL and Python, and data modeling tools such as dbt
- Experience using at least one data visualization product (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Demonstrable interest in Web3 and blockchain technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with senior leadership
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with on-chain data, including EVM, SVM, and UTXO
- Familiarity with event logging tools such as GTM and Segment
- Background in descriptive and inferential statistics
