- Drive stakeholder engagement and collaboration
- Manage and develop team capabilities
- A master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or any related field. A PhD would be nice to have
- Around 8 - 10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Pharma industry experience is preferred
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights with functional impact and managing cross-functional teams
- Strong expertise in statistical programming, data manipulation, and visualisation tools
- Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making

As a Data & AI Strategy Senior Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive strategy for data and AI processes across the Product & Portfolio Strategy organisation.

About the department
The Data and AI Strategy team is part of the Insights and Competitive Intelligence Corporate Vice President area within Portfolio, Strategy and Access at Novo Nordisk. The team is comprised of a team based at Novo Nordisk’s headquarters in Denmark as well as a team in our Global Business Services (GBS) in Bangalore. The team is at the forefront of shaping the future of Diabetes, Obesity and Cardiovascular and Emerging Therapies (CETA) care by providing data driven insights and AI strategies across the entire value chain. With a focus on early pipeline, phase 3, launch, and portfolio strategy, the team operates in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
