What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics using SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce data sources
- Monitor client data submissions, identifying anomalies or inconsistencies, and lead resolution efforts
- Serve as the primary contact for onboarding new electronic trading partners and ensuring smooth implementation
- Act as the internal and external subject matter expert on data specifications and reporting requirements
- Present data findings and narratives through visualizations and consultative storytelling to support strategic decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
- Experience with Tableau (or similar BI tools) and Salesforce reporting preferred
- Proven ability to communicate technical insights and data issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with healthcare, pharmacy, or patient access data strongly preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in client-facing roles within the healthcare or technology sectors
- Familiarity with data onboarding processes and electronic trading partners
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong communication and training skills for client support
- Knowledge of modern data engineering tools and cloud technologies
