      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate and label images, search queries, and other forms of data for a prominent client
      - Apply guidelines uniformly across large datasets to ensure consistency and accuracy
      - Report edge cases or unclear instructions to team leads or developers
      - Meet productivity targets while maintaining high-quality standards
      - Adapt to evolving guidelines and update work practices accordingly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher in a humanities specialization
      - Strong attention to detail to identify and label subtle patterns or elements
      - Basic technical literacy and comfort using annotation tools and understanding data formats
      - Excellent critical thinking skills for resolving ambiguous cases based on annotation rules
      - Effective time management skills to achieve productivity targets without compromising quality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with annotation tools such as Labelbox, CVAT, Prodigy, or Amazon SageMaker Ground Truth
      - Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and their impact on model training and evaluation
      - Experience in quality assurance (QA) or validating annotations done by others
      - Proficiency with team collaboration tools like Jira, Slack, or Trello for task tracking and communication
      - A proactive problem-solving mindset to identify annotation issues or propose workflow improvements
