What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert validation to ensure models accurately understand financial concepts and tax standards
- Develop AI solutions within the employer's product ecosystem
- Design annotation guidelines and advise engineering teams on financial data taxonomies
- Identify edge cases or anomalies in training sets to enhance model accuracy
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and tax legislation to ensure compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- In-practice experience in tax accounting, including filing and tax return preparation
- Professional accreditation such as CPA or equivalent is highly valued
- Strong understanding of debit and credit concepts in business finance
- Proficiency in English for effective communication and evaluation of complex language model responses
- Critical thinking skills and an audit mindset to ensure data integrity
