      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule, execute, and document preventive maintenance tasks via CMMS
      - Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, including CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, UPS, PDUs, generators, and switchgear
      - Monitor systems via BMS/DCIM, responding to alarms and performance issues
      - Adhere to safety standards and procedures, supporting root cause analyses and corrective actions
      - Coordinate with vendors and contractors while managing spare parts inventory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center or critical facility maintenance
      - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and building management systems (BMS)
      - Proficiency with testing equipment such as multimeters, IR cameras, and power analyzers, as well as CMMS
      - Safety-focused mindset, familiar with NFPA 70/70E and OSHA standards, and able to work shifts and be on-call
      - Relevant certifications such as EPA 608, CFC, OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, CDCDP/CDCEP are a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a startup environment or with emerging technologies
      - Additional certifications in related fields or advanced technical training
      - Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and applications
      - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks
