      Req#: 3120135
      The Data Entry Assistant is responsible for but not limited to:

      Manual date entry from PDF order forms to Customer NetSuite accounting system

      Work through backlog of order forms

      Core Responsibility:
      • Validate proposals to existing contracts for accuracy in pricing and terms
      • Data entry of key information from PDF contracts to NetSuite
      • Handle customer inquiries through Zendesk and phone
      • Collaborating internally and with cross-functional teams on projects or daily tasks


      Requirements

      MS Excel: 1 year (Minimum)

      Ability to follow directions

      Excellent time management skills

      Must be meticulous with strong attention to detail

      Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)

      Excellent written and verbal communication skills
