What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform pre-accessioning order processing activities including patient and order creation
- Conduct post-accessioning order processing activities and ensure data quality control
- Collaborate with customer support teams on tasks such as kit requests and missing information
- Maintain compliance and meet established service-level agreements (SLAs) and objectives (OKRs)
- Participate in team meetings and additional responsibilities as directed by the team lead
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in healthcare, science, data processing, or a related field
- Strong data entry and typing skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience working in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Some college education in science or a related field
- Experience using platforms such as Salesforce and JIRA
- Passion for patient care
