      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform data entry and document scanning of purchase order requisitions into the university's electronic financial system
      - Send approved documents to external vendors and internal university departments
      - Assist with answering phone calls and general email inquiries
      - Ensure high levels of accuracy in transcribing numerical data into electronic formats
      - Provide support to the Purchasing Department staff as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of 2-3 years of online data entry experience
      - Detail-oriented with excellent figure aptitude and organizational skills
      - Strong data entry and verification skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
      - Strong oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Ellucian software is a plus
