      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Enter and maintain accurate data in the organization's database systems
      - Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry
      - Perform routine audits on data entries to identify and correct discrepancies
      - Assist in generating reports and summaries from the database
      - Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary data and information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent; additional data entry or administrative training is a plus
      - Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position
      - Excellent typing speed and accuracy with strong attention to detail
      - Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
