      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review incoming grievance and appeals documents for completeness, legibility, and relevance
      - Accurately identify and assign the correct Line of Business (LOB) based on client and regulatory definitions
      - Determine and classify the dispute type in accordance with client-specific guidelines
      - Access multiple client systems to retrieve, verify, and validate member information
      - Normalize and prepare documents to ensure all necessary information is available for downstream processing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must adhere to HIPAA, data privacy, and security requirements when handling protected health information (PHI)
      - Ability to meet established productivity, accuracy, and quality standards
      - Experience in following client-specific workflows and standard operating procedures
      - Strong attention to detail to identify discrepancies and escalate issues accordingly
      - Willingness to participate in quality audits and training updates as required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in data entry or customer service within the healthcare industry
      - Familiarity with grievance and appeal processes in health plans
      - Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and data privacy regulations
      - Proficiency in using client systems and portals for information retrieval
      - Previous participation in process improvement initiatives
