- Perform intermediate to advanced data entry duties across various systems
- Manage and maintain accurate records and tracking reports
- Provide guidance to staff based on established knowledge and experience
- Proof work for accuracy and completeness while correcting errors
- Generate reports on inputted data and make recommendations within established guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
- High school diploma and post-secondary education preferred
- Proficiency with Access and a 10-key adding machine
- Ability to key at least 10,000 keystrokes per hour
- Strong mathematical ability and processing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in data cleanup and handling confidential information
- Familiarity with coding and sorting for prioritizing work tasks
- Capability to make simple mechanical adjustments related to data entry tasks
