      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately interpret and enter prescription orders into pharmacy systems
      - Provide excellent customer service via phone and email communication
      - Investigate and resolve community and resident issues promptly
      - Adjudicate insurance claims to ensure proper processing
      - Promote teamwork and adhere to company values and behavior standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one year of experience in Healthcare Data Entry or Medical Record Management, preferably in a long-term or managed care setting
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Certified & Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois
      - Timely and accurate data entry skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of FrameworkLTC / DocuTrack pharmacy systems
      - Highly organized with strong attention to detail
      - Proven ability to multi-task and work under deadlines
      - Motivated, punctual, and reliable team member
