What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately enter orders and research account activity while resolving issues using internal systems
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of designs, pricing, and product information
- Serve as the primary point of contact for order issues from sales representatives and internal teams
- Troubleshoot order issues and communicate concerns, solutions, and actions taken
- Manage approval emails for art comps and ensure compliance with licensing requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma; some college courses preferred but not required
- Detail-oriented with excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to type 45+ words per minute
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Proven ability to work well in a team and manage multiple interruptions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Excel reports, including the use of filters, pivot tables, and formulas
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a data entry or customer service role
