What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter and update property listings, client information, and transaction records into the database
- Conduct regular audits and data checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data entry processes
- Respond to inquiries related to data and provide support to other departments as needed
- Generate reports as requested to assist management in decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and database management software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in training new staff on data entry processes and systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and addressing inquiries
