What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
- Enter and process a high volume of prescription data with speed and accuracy
- Assist with claim adjudication, prior authorizations, and eligibility checks through patient outreach
- Collaborate with clinical pharmacists and medical professionals to address patient care issues
- Maintain patient records with attention to detail and confidentiality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18+ years of age
- High school diploma/GED
- Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
- Certification with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) and maintain a current certificate
- Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple software programs effectively
