What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify data requirements for integrating new data sources
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for data and claims processing
- Recommend data efficiencies and usage across platforms
- Develop processes to combine healthcare claims data into integrated platforms
- Promote data integration standards and best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years working with large volume relational data sets
- 3+ years of experience working with medical claims data
- Master's degree preferred or 8 years of experience with a bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience developing in Hadoop
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and strong analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of healthcare claims processing platforms
- Experience with Health Data Interfaces/Exchanges
- Experience with Dimensional Modeling
