  **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
  - Develop, document, integrate, enhance, manage, and maintain data integration processes for assessment and accountability information
  - Administer and report on assessment programs for the Office of Educational Assessment and Accountability
  - Jointly develop and maintain content standards in collaboration with relevant departments
  - Manage OEAA projects and respond to assessment and accountability reports
  - Ensure the integrity and accessibility of current and historical educational data for all Michigan students, schools, and districts
  
  **What is Required (Qualifications):**
  - Bachelor's degree or higher in any major
  - At least three years of experience with large-scale assessment programs or similar data systems
  - Proficiency in MS SQL Server
  - Experience with student demographic data, assessment scores, or other educational data
  - Ability to document processes and procedures, including source code management
  
  **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
  - Master’s degree in assessment, accountability, or evaluation
  - Experience with project management or project planning
  - Familiarity with data quality and migrating data between various sources
  - Background in educational data systems
  - Knowledge of documentation processes for technical specifications
