What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and develop functional reporting solutions
- Design and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and database structures
- Create and publish interactive Tableau dashboards and Model Performance Monitoring reports
- Source, transform, and validate data from multiple systems using Tableau tools
- Produce documentation such as data flow diagrams and user guides to support analytical solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Tableau development, including enterprise-level dashboard design
- Proven expertise with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server in large-scale environments
- Strong understanding of data modeling, database concepts, and SQL development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and presentation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and transformation
- Experience deploying or managing Tableau platforms in AWS or other cloud environments
- Advanced Tableau certifications or an active Tableau Public portfolio showcasing visualization capabilities
