What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in evaluating and writing utilization and cost containment reports
- Mine data from appropriate systems to provide actionable insights
- Present data and feedback to management or senior analysts
- Provide data entry support to senior analysts
- Seek and adopt best practices in data reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related industry, specifically in data analytics and data science
- Base proficiency in SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong PC skills
- Organizational and analytical thinking abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in data reporting
- Basic database management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
