What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set analytics strategy and manage analytics roadmaps for the Regulatory domain
- Define, design, and track key metrics to measure product performance
- Design and execute A/B tests and predictive analytics to drive product strategy
- Develop dashboards and self-service data visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle business challenges and develop analytics solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree is a plus
- 5+ years of professional experience in data-driven business decision-making
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex issues requiring in-depth analysis
- Strong communication skills to summarize analytical results for senior leadership
- Proven track record of driving business impact through data analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with big data technologies and tools such as Hadoop, Spark, SQL, and Python
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and deal with ambiguity
- Previous experience within a product organization
