What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct traditional modeling using statistical analysis, Bayesian techniques, and time-series analysis
- Build and orchestrate Agentic systems to solve complex tasks
- Develop and validate AI/ML models with a focus on software engineering best practices
- Ensure model explainability through techniques such as SHAP and LIME
- Identify business opportunities and scope data science solutions in a global team setting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML development and validation
- Deep expertise in statistical analysis, including classification, regression, time-series, and Bayesian techniques
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch/TensorFlow
- Demonstrated experience with model explainability techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate and identify business opportunities within a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's or PhD in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Practical experience with Azure Databricks
- Experience integrating predictive models with optimization frameworks for prescriptive analytics
