What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the collection and curation of high-quality clinical data for research programs
- Develop reproducible workflows and reports to communicate findings to researchers
- Implement data science techniques, including data visualization and statistical analysis
- Assist with project management tasks related to IRB and data use agreements
- Prepare and automate data sets for analysis, ensuring quality assurance and integration of multiple data sources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with managing large clinical datasets, including data extraction from electronic medical records
- Experience with imaging-related data management for research purposes
- Proficiency in data management and statistical analysis applications, including SQL and SAS
- Strong understanding of breast cancer screening data
- MS Degree preferred, focusing on biomedical informatics, data management, or a related field
