What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and analyze data to identify opportunities and design solutions
- Communicate and present findings to various audiences, explaining functionality and benefits
- Produce required technical documentation for projects
- Collaborate with the Advanced Analytics Team on new product development
- Engage in research and data exploration related to revenue science topics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Enrolled in a Ph.D. program in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Systems Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- Experience conducting research as part of a Ph.D. program
- Proficiency in Python, with working knowledge of SQL and RESTful APIs
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in data modeling
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous work in generative AI and machine learning
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks
- Understanding of hospitality and revenue management principles
- Background in time-series forecasting or demand planning
- Familiarity with dashboarding and visualization tools (e.g., Streamlit, Plotly, Dash)
