What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert and thought partner, guiding cross-functional teams and advising stakeholders
- Define analytical needs and design high-impact analytical frameworks for strategic decision-making
- Lead complex analyses across multiple data sources, synthesizing findings into actionable insights
- Conduct strategic ad-hoc analyses to shape policy, process, or operational direction
- Drive data governance efforts by establishing and refining metric definitions and ensuring accuracy across reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the Auto-tech industry
- Automotive experience is required, retail experience preferred
- Prior AdTech SaaS or Digital Advertising client success experience focused on marketing products and services
- Proficient in using reporting tools like Tableau or PowerBI for analysis and report design
- Strong knowledge of online media channels and metrics, including MS Excel/Google Sheets and Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in building relationships with client executives and communicating technical product capabilities
- Skilled in client performance data analysis with a focus on optimizing revenue generation
- Ability to quickly analyze varying client environments and influence key decision-makers
- Knowledge of analytics tools and client research methodologies
