What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process individual membership applications using an online database, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Provide high-quality customer service and technical assistance to applicants via various communication channels
- Collaborate with team members to achieve established goals throughout the application process
- Maintain data privacy while handling confidential information and adhering to established policies
- Attend conferences and meetings to represent the organization and provide guidance as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or office settings
- Proficient in data entry with a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision

- Familiarity with early learning and school-age programming principles and practices
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish for effective communication with diverse populations
