What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor physical building and server rooms for safety and performance
- Oversee BAS systems across all datacenters
- Report indicators and evaluate environmental conditions in the datacenter
- Manage inventory, including moving, securing, and labeling network cables
- Complete assigned service desk tickets and report on equipment issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of IT experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Server OS
- General knowledge of TCP/IP networking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with urgency and professionalism on multiple projects

- Experience in a datacenter environment
- Familiarity with equipment installation and troubleshooting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
