      Your Responsibilities

      As a Dealer Development Specialist for John Deere located in Olathe, KS; Cary, NC; Des Moines, IA; Urbandale, IA; or Moline, IL, you will...

      • Ready Our Dealers LEAP 2026 Ambition; Champion ongoing Business to Consumer (B2C) Foundational Dealer Capabilities and Competencies to accelerate the progress of dealer organizations toward higher levels of sustainable high-performance
      • Lead and facilitate the B2C Sales Manager Dealer Performance Group
      • Support Dealer Onboarding for the Turf Whole Goods eCommerce Project
      • Develop and maintain B2C sales processes, tools, and resources for use by company and dealer personnel that provide consistent dealer development practices and support continuous improvement

      What Skills You Need

      • 3 or more years of experience in a role that required core business skills (organization, self-starter, accountability, etc.)
      • 3 or more years of experience in a role that required building rapport quickly, building relationships, team collaboration, etc.
      • 3 or more years of experience in a role that required ongoing learning, development, and innovation
      • 2 or more years of experience leading and facilitating groups
      • 2 or more years of experience delivering formal/informal presentations and providing ongoing communication and follow-up, etc.
      • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%

      What Makes You Stand Out

      • 3 or more years of experience with John Deere Business to Consumer (B2C) Product Portfolios (Example: Compact Utility Tractors, Riding Lawn Equipment, and Utility Vehicles) and subsequent value propositions of each product line
      • Experience with John Deere Dealers and strong working knowledge of dealer processes
      • Prior dealership experience and managing relationships of any industry
      • Experience in sales or supporting individuals in a sales capacity
      • Experience in online sales processes and supporting lead management applications
      • Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive better business insights
      • Proficiency with Tableau, Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and other common desktop applications

      Education

      Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

      • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, Finance and/or accounting related discipline or equivalent related work experience
