      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage key accounts and implement the account management process across various business groups.
      - Lead a team in developing and implementing new business development strategies.
      - Consult and align with corporate functions such as treasury, tax, legal, and risk throughout the sales pursuit.
      - Develop and update annual pursuit and capture plans for the U.S. Defense marketplace.
      - Manage all aspects of the sales process, closing profitable deals and meeting new award targets.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in an applicable field of study.
      - Minimum of ten (10) years of work-related experience in business development within the Defense markets.
      - Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
      - Knowledge and contacts in the Defense markets, particularly in Reliability Centered Maintenance and Digital Engineering.
      - Active or Inactive Secret security clearance.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Seven (7) years of experience as a business development professional.
      - Ten (10) years of Federal experience, including military service in Defense test and range experience.
      - Master’s Degree in either Business or Engineering.
      - Extensive training in “early positioning” and “strategy to win” with practical implementation experience.
      - Proven ability to build relationships that align with business objectives.
