We're hiring a Demand Generation Strategist to build and execute the marketing programs that fuel our growth. This role is at the center of how we generate pipeline, drive ACV, and support Sales with qualified demand. You won't just be running campaigns - you'll be shaping how thousands of schools, athletic organizations, and state associations experience Arbiter.
This is a high-visibility position where your work directly impacts revenue. You'll manage campaigns from idea to execution, test and optimize channels, and bring forward insights that make our demand engine more predictable and scalable. With measurable impact on pipeline and ACV contribution, you'll play a critical role in helping Marketing scale alongside GTM.
What You'll Do
• Build and manage nurture workflows in HubSpot, ensuring clean segmentation and tailored messaging across lifecycle stages
• Own execution of email marketing, webinars and campaign landing pages tied to outbound and inbound programs
• Monitor MQL volume, lead quality, and funnel performance-helping improve lead flow and conversion rates
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure aligned messaging, timing, and cross-channel consistency
• Review campaign performance and recommend data-backed improvements
• Build scalable funnel systems that connect inbound and outbound efforts, making demand generation more predictable.
What Success Looks Like
• Marketing-sourced ACV and MQL volume/quality are consistent
• Lifecycle emails and nurtures are influencing pipeline and accelerating sales velocity
• Workflows are clean, documented, and scalable
• Reporting is proactive and actionable
• You're seen as the go-to teammate for turning ideas into measurable, repeatable campaigns
Requirements
• 2-4 years in a demand generation, lifecycle, or marketing operations role at a B2B or SaaS company
• Proficiency in HubSpot and with understanding of our CRM, SalesForce
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail-you can juggle multiple programs without losing track
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly
• Collaborative and proactive-comfortable coordinating across content, sales, agency partners, and campaign functionsAbout the company
