      Demand Manager

      About the Position

      We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced demand planner to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The demand planner role lies within the French operations team. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Head of S&OP France. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will be to manage a channel (FS or retail) for the French BU.: a combination of historical volume reviews and new data to contribute to discussions on new product launches, future innovations, factory planning, logistics planning and stock policy to ensure we have the right product in the right place at the right time.


      In brief, you will be responsible for;

      • Delivering forecast accuracy targets through the development of robust demand forecasts and coordinating forecast inputs such as promotional and media plans
      • Managing the forecast of a portfolio of FMCG products including the generation of base forecast down to SKU level through high quality analysis within our O9 platform.
      • Coordinating product flow to the French market through working collaboratively with our central supply planning team
      • Managing the meeting and process framework to ensure forecasts are constructively challenged to drive consensus and accuracy
      • Inventory levels and write off minimalization through robust monthly supply chain loss processes.
      • Customer service levels (i.e. case fill rate and requested delivery date to ensure we have the right product in the right place at the right time) to manage operational efficiency.
      • Some repack activities will need to performed.

      Qualifications


      Hard Skills
      Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

      • Bachelor’s degree essential
      • 5+ years prior supply chain is essential, plus demand planning specific experience
      • Advanced Excel knowledge
      • SAP and/or O9 experience is preferred
      • Fluency in English is essential
