      REQUIREMENTS:

      • 3+ years of leadership experience in a complex environment with cross functional influencing skills
      • 8+ years of work experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Electronics industry with exposure to Supply Chain, Sales Strategy, Business Planning & Development or Finance
      • Working knowledge of major financial concepts (profit & loss, cash flow statement)
      • English at the level of min. C1 & fluent Polish
      • Experienced User in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      • Nice to have: Working knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain Planning and Forecasting Solutions (E2OPEN suite), Financial Planning

      YOUR TASKS:

      • Manage, motivate, monitor and evaluate the team to ensure a high level of efficiency in the individual and teamwork of employees (people management skills)
      • Collaborate with various departments of the Company to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of IBP process
      • Lead or contribute to global / local initiatives to achieve PMI market, Operations or Supply Chain strategies
      • Regularly review Polish and Baltic Market sales forecast (volume and value), Market performance versus approved forecast and target, forecasting KPIs
      • Balance demand & supply by aligning commercial and supply chain plans for the medium term (3 to 24 months) horizon for each market and the cluster
      • Manage New Product Initiatives and End-of-Life phase-out of products considering market requirements and approved commercial strategies
