      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, analyze, interpret, and report denial statistics and performance for the employer and its affiliates
      - Produce denial performance reports, scorecards, and dashboards on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
      - Review denial datasets to ensure accuracy and identify variances
      - Support revenue cycle and business application projects through effective communication with stakeholders
      - Document processes clearly for both team and end-user awareness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma
      - Minimum of two (2) years of related experience in a healthcare or financial setting
      - Proficiency in analytic business tools to generate reports and spreadsheets
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile data accurately
      - Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related field
      - Six (6) years of related experience in analyzing and balancing financial and statistical information
      - Familiarity with revenue cycle management and healthcare analytics
