      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Regional General Managers and Field Sales Consultants to develop and execute effective sales strategies
      - Present compelling value propositions to key decision-makers in Group Practices and Emerging DSOs
      - Negotiate pricing with manufacturers to improve margins and ensure financial success
      - Maintain a robust database of potential clients using Salesforce and PowerBI
      - Develop and lead educational sessions to raise awareness of private group practices' needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in dental or medical distribution sales
      - Minimum of 5 years of management experience leading sales and operations teams across multiple regions
      - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, data analytics reporting, and CRM tools (Salesforce)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; Master's degree is a plus
      - Experience working with group practices and larger private practice offices
      - Proven success in developing new business initiatives
      - Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage internal and external relationships
      - Experience in team selling
