      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist dental students in providing patient care through chairside support and coaching
      - Independently operate radiographic equipment to obtain a variety of dental images
      - Conduct sterilization processes for dental instruments and maintain infection control protocols
      - Manage inventory and supply distribution in the clinic dispensaries
      - Participate in dental student orientation and training activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completion of an accredited dental assistant training program and current certification as a dental assistant (CDA) or ability to obtain within six months
      - Minimum of two years of experience as a dental assistant; one year of additional experience may substitute for required education
      - Registration with the State of Washington as a Dental Assistant
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
      - Ability to comply with health and safety regulations in a clinical environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a dental clinic or educational setting
      - Familiarity with digital radiography and dental management software
      - Knowledge of infection control procedures and sterilization techniques
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
