      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist chairside with dental procedures and support dental residents and faculty in patient care
      - Provide excellent customer service to patients, students, faculty, and staff
      - Maintain and prepare treatment areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization
      - Monitor and manage dental instruments and supplies, including sterilization processes
      - Instruct students on the role of dental assistants in patient care delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completion of an accredited training program for dental assistants
      - Current certification as a dental assistant (CDA) or ability to obtain within six months
      - Minimum of two years of experience as a dental assistant, with one year of additional experience substituting for education
      - Registration with the State of Washington as a Dental Assistant
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a clinical dental setting, particularly in assisting with complex procedures
      - Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Proven ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and good judgment
      - Experience in educating or mentoring dental students or residents
