  Dental Career Services is seeking experienced, entrepreneurial Dental Recruiters to join our growing national recruiting team.
  
  This is an opportunity for professionals who want complete control over their schedule, income, and career. As an Independent Contractor (1099), you'll have the freedom to work when and where you want while partnering with one of the dental industry's fastest-growing executive and clinical search firms.
  
  Whether you're an experienced recruiter, former dental office manager, regional leader, clinician, or someone with a strong network in the dental industry, we'll provide the tools, support, and infrastructure to help you succeed.

  What You'll Do
  
  Candidate Recruitment
  
  
  • Source, recruit, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of dental and healthcare positions
  • Build long-term relationships with clinical and non-clinical professionals
  • Maintain an active pipeline of candidates across multiple specialties
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring clients
  Client Partnership
  
  
  • Develop relationships with dental practices, DSOs, laboratories, and healthcare organizations
  • Understand client hiring needs and culture
  • Provide consultative recruiting support throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate interviews and assist with offer negotiations when needed
  Business Development
  
  
  • Generate new recruiting opportunities through networking, referrals, and relationship building
  • Build and maintain your own client portfolio
  • Grow your personal recruiting business with unlimited earning potential
  Candidate Experience
  
  
  • Guide candidates throughout the interview process
  • Provide career coaching and market insight
  • Maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process

  • Previous recruiting experience or prior experience working within the dental industry required
  • Experience recruiting clinical or healthcare professionals strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of the dental industry, including practice operations or clinical workflows
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Professional, ethical, and service-oriented approach to recruiting
