What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all B2B sales activities within a designated territory to grow merchandise, equipment, and service sales
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales Gross Profit (GP) goals by executing key sales initiatives
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular business reviews and face-to-face consultative contact
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Plan and implement effective strategies using company programs and tools to increase market share
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of prior sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other computer software tools
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Solid skills in client prospecting and account management
- Passion for sales and a goal-oriented mindset
- Good negotiating skills and the ability to resolve complex issues effectively
