What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify business growth opportunities
- Develop and manage a list of potential dentist customers in an assigned territory to generate new business
- Utilize in-person visits, presentations, and phone calls to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts
- Act as a liaison between dental offices and the lab to communicate product benefits and resolve potential issues
- Execute strategic sales objectives to achieve defined sales goals and budgets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum three to five years of experience in the Dental Profession, preferably within a Dental Support Organization (DSO)
- Strong budget development, oversight, and sales management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a customer service focus
- Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with intraoral digital scanning or outside dental sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of general business software and ability to learn new applications
