      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct the entire sterilization cycle for all School clinics, including debriding, performing quality checks, and sterilizing instruments
      - Operate sterilization equipment and maintain logs for handpieces, cassettes, and spore testing
      - Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of instruments to clinics and maintain inventory data
      - Provide excellent customer service to faculty, staff, and students
      - Assist in chairside dentistry and perform related dental assistant duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completion of an accredited training program for dental assistants
      - Current certification as a dental assistant (CDA) or ability to obtain within six months
      - Minimum of two years of experience as a dental assistant
      - Registration with the State of Washington as a Dental Assistant
      - Ability to perform basic calculations related to sterilization functions and inventory control

      - Experience in a clinical dental setting with a focus on sterilization protocols
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Familiarity with dental software systems for inventory and instrument tracking
      - Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
      - Experience in teaching or mentoring dental students
