- Starting range for full-time: $19.25 - $20.25 hourly - This starting wage is posted pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, and applies exclusively to the position of Department Manager at Hobby Lobby stores in the state of Colorado.
- Christmas Bonus (gift) if employed on certain date.
- Applicants must be mature and self motivated
- Must be willing to work 2 evenings a week, and every other Saturday
- Must be able to set, fill and maintain merchandise plan-o-grams
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous retail experience is preferred
- Must be able to stand 8 hours, excluding breaks
