      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, arrange, support, facilitate, consult on, and monitor organizational change management activities department-wide
      - Analyze and assist with the delivery of change management, IT readiness, human-centered design, and meeting facilitation efforts
      - Collaborate with staff and leaders across all Bureaus to provide assessments related to the impact of change
      - Identify, analyze, and monitor change metrics on projects within the Department
      - Facilitate discussions, identify and set goals, document achievements, and track successes on assigned projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
      - Minimum of one year of professional experience for the Departmental Analyst 10 level
      - Minimum of two years of professional experience for the Departmental Analyst P11 level, including one year at the intermediate level
      - Minimum of three years of professional experience for the Departmental Analyst 12 level, including one year at the experienced level
      - Ability to work on-site in Michigan, with relocation required if currently residing outside the state

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in organizational change management
      - Experience with project management
      - Proven ability to facilitate groups of people towards a common goal
      - Experience creating and messaging organization-wide communications
      - Experience identifying and tracking project-related metrics
