      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a resource for employment solutions and support for employers in high-demand industries
      - Establish partnerships and collaborations between industries, economic development organizations, and educational institutions
      - Identify, research, and develop strategies to meet talent needs within industry sectors
      - Engage with Michigan Works! Agencies to enhance workforce development initiatives
      - Cover Regions 5 and 8 as a recognized resource for departmental initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
      - For Departmental Analyst 10: One year of professional experience
      - For Departmental Analyst P11: Two years of professional experience, including one year equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service
      - For Departmental Analyst 12: Three years of professional experience, including one year equivalent to the experienced (P11) level in state service
      - Experience in a leadership role or with workforce development programs is beneficial

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school and at least two years of full-time active-duty experience at or above the E-6 level in the uniformed services may be considered
      - Knowledge of Michigan's workforce system and talent programs
      - Experience with grant administration and management of federal and state grants
      - Familiarity with industry sector approaches to talent development
      - Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
