      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research laws and regulations related to employment and training programs for dislocated workers
      - Draft policies to guide the delivery of various workforce programs
      - Provide technical assistance to partners in talent development and retention
      - Conduct program monitoring reviews and data validations to ensure compliance
      - Facilitate meetings with workers and employers in response to layoffs and plant closures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
      - For Departmental Analyst 10: One year of professional experience
      - For Departmental Analyst P11: Two years of professional experience, including one year equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service
      - Alternate education: High school completion and two years of full-time active-duty experience at or above the E-6 level may substitute for education
      - Ability to provide official college transcripts and additional documentation as required

      - Experience interpreting and applying complex rules and regulations
      - Background in workforce development or economic opportunity programs
      - Familiarity with federal and state employment laws
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Previous involvement in project management or community outreach initiatives
