      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Motor Fuel and IFTA taxes section with various duties and responsibilities
      - Analyze data, run queries, and identify system changes for operational improvement
      - Compile reports and provide recommendations based on research and analysis
      - Facilitate training sessions as needed and communicate effectively with team members
      - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
      - Minimum of one year of professional experience for Departmental Analyst 10 level
      - Minimum of two years of professional experience for Departmental Analyst P11 level
      - Minimum of three years of professional experience for Departmental Analyst 12 level
      - Ability to work in the state of Michigan and perform duties onsite on designated days

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience analyzing data and drafting reports, instructions, and training materials
      - Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
      - Familiarity with facilitating training and public speaking
      - Military service experience or equivalent transferable skills to meet the educational requirements
      - Previous experience in a government or public service role
