      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement quality assurance procedures
      - Conduct quality reviews for phone calls, correspondence, and tax returns
      - Identify and recommend process improvements
      - Collaborate with area leaders to enhance training and standardize work practices
      - Support data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess a bachelor's degree in any major
      - Minimum of one year of professional experience for Departmental Analyst 10
      - Two years of professional experience for Departmental Analyst P11
      - Three years of professional experience for Departmental Analyst 12
      - Experience in conducting quality assurance functions and training development

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with data analysis and reporting
      - Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
      - Prior experience in a government or public service role
      - Background in process improvement methodologies
      - Strong communication and relationship-building skills
